Third lawsuit filed in fatal Legionnaire’s at Chicago hotel

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
A third lawsuit has been filed against Chicago Marriott for the Legionnaire's outbreak that killed three people.
Eric Schoenfeld and his wife Barbara are seeking an unspecified amount in damages after he allegedly contracted the disease from the hotel's water fountain
The families of an Irish man and a Florida man who both died after contracting the disease have also filed lawsuits.
The Chicago Department of Public Health identified the fountain as the source of the outbreak.
