Thanksgiving is approaching, which means many of you will be hotel bound. Fox 9 Fitness Expert Ali Holman from CoreCamper.con stopped by to show us a few exercises you can do with a simple carry on bag or backpack.
Ali weighted down each bag with about 10 lbs. of clothes etc, but you can adjust your desired weight in the bags as needed.
Exercised demonstrated:
*Squat/Overhead Press
*Upright rows
*Bag (kettlebell) swing
*Pushup, hands on side of bag, jump feet up and press forward *Boat Position, bag side to side
