GM recalls 2013 Cadillac XTS sedans due to low head restraints

WASHINGTON (WJBK) -- General Motors is recalling nearly 13,000 of its 2013 Cadillac XTS sedans for problems that could compromise passenger safety, the Wall Street Journal reports.
According to a blog posted Wednesday, the recall is due to rear-seat head restraints that are positioned too low and could increase the risk of neck injury in a crash. The recall affects cars built from Oct. 12, 2011 through Aug. 30, 2012.
Dealers will replace the head restraints free of charge. Owners can call Cadillac at 800-458-8006 for more information.
