Former CIA Director David Petraeus has agreed to testify before the House and Senate intelligence committees about the terror attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
Petraeus had originally been scheduled to testify this Thursday on the controversy over the Sept. 11 attack that claimed the lives of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.
That testimony was canceled after Petraeus abruptly resigned over an extramarital affair. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), head of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said Wednesday that Petraeus "is very willing and interested in talking to the committee."
