
Seat licensing may be clearly spelled out on page 22 of the final draft of the Vikings stadium bill signed by Gov. Mark Dayton, but that doesn't mean a battle isn't brewing over the idea.
Dayton wrote a strongly worded letter to the Wilfs about the proposal to sell "Stadium Builder's Licenses," arguing it's not compatible with the idea of a "people's stadium."
