The Toys for Tots campaign kicked off at the State Capitol on Tuesday. FOX 5 is joining the U.S. Marines to make the holidays brighter for thousands of children.
Last year the generosity of many people in the metro Atlanta area meant 750,000 toys for deserving children! Toys for Tots also needs dozens of volunteers to sort through the toys and get them ready to be distributed.
Marine Corps Lt. Colonel Michael Varicak said their goal this year is to help every family in need so they'll have hope at Christmas time.
