Pumpkin Spiced Granola
If pumpkin pie is a favorite of yours, you are going to love this granola! Made with traditional pumpkin pie spice, this treat includes, fruit, veggies and a smart grain serving, too. Whip this up for a new fall snack idea, try it for breakfast or serve it as a treat at your next fall party.

Ingredients:
3½ cups Essential Everyday™ Old Fashioned Oats
2 cups Essential Everyday Puffed Rice Cereal
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon Essential Everyday Ground Cinnamon
¾ cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
¾ cup Essential Everyday Unsweetened Apple Sauce
½ cup 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
½ cup Essential Everyday Raisins
½ cup Chopped Pecans
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, puffed rice, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, applesauce, pumpkin and vanilla.
2. Add pumpkin mixture, raisins and pecans to cereal mixture; stir until well combined.
3. Transfer to two large greased baking sheets, spreading into a single layer.
4. Bake in a preheated 325°F oven 30 minutes; stir and continue baking 15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
5. Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack; cool completely. Break up as desired; store, refrigerated, in an airtight container.
