Adrian Peterson has been named NFC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against the Arizona Cardinals. Peterson rushed 23 times for 153 yards and scored a touchdown in the Vikings win.
Peterson tallied his 29th 100+ yard performance, tying Robert Smith for the most career 100 yard games in team history. The award is his 6th career NFC awards and his second consecutive in games against Arizona.
