Donald Trump says he has a deal for the president.
"If Barack Obama opens up and gives his college records and applications and if he gives his passport applications and records," Trump says he will give a $5 million check to a charity of the president's choice.
The check will be given within one hour of President Obama releasing all of the records, which Trump says will end the question and anger of many Americans.
Trump has set a deadline of 5 p.m. on Oct. 31 for Obama to accept the offer.
