The Sigma Chi fraternity is facing sanctions from the University of Minnesota after two incidents of sexual assault were reported after an event.
The university said the accusations were made after a gathering at the Sigma Chi house on Sept. 15.
One case was reported by the fraternity, and the victim chose not to press charges. The second case was reported by a victim while police were responding to another call on campus.
The U has put the fraternity on probation, citing "risk management" issues that prevented the chapter from creating a safe environment for its guests.
