If you're a college freshman, or have one in the family, hopefully they haven't already started to get on board with that haunting thing called the "freshman fifteen." That's, of course when first year college students gain sometimes up to fifteen pounds, for a variety of reasons.

Nutritionist and registered dietician Christina Meyer Jax shared ways to avoid that extra weight.
