Multi-vehicle crash kills two in St. Michael

A three-vehicle crash in St. Michael kills two people and injures several others, the Wright County Sheriff's Office said.

Wright County Dispatch was called about the accident on the 8300 Block of 10th Street NE around 9:40 Friday night.

Medical crews pronounced two of the drivers dead on the scene, while "several passengers and a third driver" were taken to a hospital for injuries, a Wright County press release said.

The sheriff's office has not released the names of those killed or injured in the crash, and have not described what kind of injuries the passengers and other driver sustained.
