Earlier this week a cat was chased into a tree by a coyote and hasn't come down since.
The homeowner said this happened Monday in Phoenix, near 2nd Avenue and Frier.
The cat is hiding behind leaves and branches. People in the neighborhood are now starting to wonder if it will ever come down.
"I think it's very scared and it doesn't know how to get down. I think the fire department should come out here," a neighbor said.
Another neighbor said she wasn't surprised the cat won't come down, saying when they're scared they will do anything.
