ORLANDO, Fla. -
Orlando police arrested a man who a witnesses say was having sex with his date in full view of other patrons.
Jeremie Calo, 32, and his date started kissing and touching while seated on the outdoor patio of Paddy Murphys, according to other guests on Monday.
But when the woman climbed on top of Calo at the table, parents nearby reacted with shock and tried to shield their children.
WKMG-TV reported the restaurant's manager asked them to leave, but Calo told him, "She can't get up at this time," as he was lying beneath his date.
The manager called the police, and Calo later fought with him about paying their $101 tab.
Police arrested him for the fight and refusing to pay the bill, but did not add any sex charges because none of the witnesses wanted to come forward with a statement.
