EAGAN, Minn. (KMSP) -
Secretary of State Mark Ritchie is holding a town hall meeting Tuesday night to talk about the two key amendments Minnesotans will vote on this November.
Ritchie will be speaking about the marriage and voter identification amendments at Rasmussen College's Eagan campus at 5:30 p.m.
Ritchie, a Democrat, has been an outspoken opponent of the voter ID amendment. He's also tried to change the ballot titles of both amendments, triggering complaints from Republicans, but the state Supreme Court overturned his changes.
