MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) -
Summer is gone, but baseball is still on the minds of the players at the University of Minnesota.
Cold weather and gray skies couldn't keep the Gophers away from a some fall practice on their new Siebert Field.
It's hard to imagine they only broke ground on the new stadium last June, replacing the old Siebert field which hadn't been renovated for 41 years..
The new ballpark will give the Gophers a stronger presence on the Twin Cities campus.
