Tractor Trailer Crash Halts Traffic On I-95

CHESTER, Pa. -

A rush hour crash on I-95 Monday afternoon left traffic at a standstill in Chester.

SkyFox flew over the scene of a tractor trailer that flipped over in the northbound lanes near the Kerlin Street exit.

At one point, only one lane was open to drivers.
