Retreating sea ice another measure of environmental change

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
While man made global warming may be still a topic for hot debate, it's hard to argue, that whatever the cause, there is change transpiring in our atmosphere and environment.
A great many (not all) glaciers are in retreat around the world. And now another measure of change, sea ice in the Arctic Circle, is at its lowest coverage level since satellites have kept a watchful eye on the pack ice.
Now that's only the past 30 years, a blink of an eye in "Earth time," but a very important trend for scientist to track.
