20 hogs killed in semi rollover at Iowa-Minnesota border

A semi loaded with 160 hogs went off the road and rolled over near the Iowa-Minnesota border early Monday morning. The truck rolled onto its side, and 20 hogs died.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the accident happened around 2:45 a.m. on Highway 86 in Jackson County.

The driver of the semi, 27-year-old Matthew Lentsch of Stewart, Minn., suffered a minor injury.
