In the past two weeks more than three-dozen people have been murdered in the city of Detroit. During the same time period, there have been more than 150 shootings. What do we do about it?

Detroit Police Chief Ralph Godbee "we don't have luxury to quit and give up."
There have been nearly 40 murder in the city of Detroit in the last two weeks. At the same time, men and women in blue have seen their paychecks shrink and their work hours get extended.
Detroit Police Chief Ralph Godbee talks to Fox 2's Huel Perkins and Monica Gayle about dealing with the rise in crime and to find a way to somehow get more boots on the ground.
Earlier in the day Godbee hosted 'Detroit Crisis Forum" at Wayne State University, where citizens could ask him direct questions. One woman expressed her sadness and frustration claiming that her son was killed more than a year-ago. In the span of the year she says no one from the Detroit Police Depart men has asked her a single question about her son. What kind of investigating is that? Are there just too many murders to deal with?
