This fall, more than 70 free arts education programs await you at your local branch of the Hennepin County Library system.
Funded by the MN Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund, the programs are free, and cover everything from upcycling old clothing to making ‘zines, time management for creative people to how to decoupage a glass vase.
