American hero injured overseas reunited with family - KMSP-TV

He survived three attacks in Afghanistan, suffered injuries, and now he's back home.

Specialist Brandon Bishop is home from his second tour of duty in Afghanistan. He suffered shrapnel wounds in 3 separate IED explosions.

"This is my state, every time I come home and feel like a celebrity, and now I'm home for good," he said.

Spc. Bishop is looking forward to a breakfast of bacon and eggs. FOX 10's Kelly Hessedal has more.
