Injuries happen to the best of us, and while not exercising while hurt may seem like the right thing to do, there are ways to modify your routine to still get some work in. Corecamper.com's Ali Holman joined Alix on the Buzz and talked about the importance of staying with the program.
"Back injuries and knee injuries are what I hear most commonly about why people are not doing their workouts," said Holman. "I always tell people, it's better to do something versus backing off completely."
