It's curtains for the 15-screen AMC Theatre in Block-E. The cinema will close for good after its last show on Sept. 23.
On Wednesday, the company announced the closure, saying AMC Theatres lost a fight to extend their lease earlier this year.
With the theatre closing, most of the complex will now be empty.
The owners of Block-E say they are working on a plan B for the building after they failed to get approval for a downtown casino; however, no details have been released.
