(Background female voice, Ah... )

DISPATCH: 911

(Another female voice: You okay?)

DISPATCH: Hello.

CALLER: (Inaudible) What, I'm trying to get the person on that had been calling me.

DISPATCH: Hello, can I help you?

CALLER: Kay, I'm in Washington County. There's a hostage situation.

DISPATCH: Who am I speaking to?

CALLER: Lucifer.

DISPATCH: Lucifer. What's going on?

CALLER: I'm trying to get, talk to Chris.

DISPATCH: You want to talk to

CALLER: (Inaudible)

DISPATCH: Chris?

CALLER: Yeah, my other phone died.

DISPATCH: Okay. Who was Chris that you were talking to? Was he one of the officers or?

CALLER: I don't know. He was talking me down. Whoever he was.

DISPATCH: Okay.

CALLER: (Inaudible)

DISPATCH: Can I just keep you on the phone for a second while we try and get him back?

CALLER: (Inaudible) up.

DISPATCH: Okay. Can you tell me what's going on in there?

CALLER: Nut'in. I didn't let go five people and I got three girls left.

DISPATCH: Okay. Who are the girls to you? What. Do you know their names?

CALLER: They ain't nothing to me.

DISPATCH: How do you know them?

CALLER: Can I get Chris on?

DISPATCH: Yep. My partners are advising my, ah the officers out there right now. So I just want to keep you on the phone to make sure that we've got a good line. Are you able to come out and talk to him?

CALLER: Okay. Come out with a 9mm?

DISPATCH: No, I didn't ask you to bring the gun with you. I just asked you to walk out. You can leave the guns behind.

CALLER: Can I get Chris?

DISPATCH: I'm working on it. I give you my word. I'm working on it.

CALLER: Or have him call this number.

DISPATCH: What number are you at? Is this your personal cell phone or?

CALLER: Whose phone is?

Female voice: (Inaudible) Another male (Inaudible). F--- it.

DISPATCH: Okay if you hang on just one second. They want a number then I'm going to transfer you into okay?

CALLER: Mm hmm (Positive)

DISPATCH: Is anybody inside there hurt?

CALLER: Nope not yet.

DISPATCH: Not yet? What does that mean?

CALLER: I'm going to make their a-- watch me shoot my f------ head.

DISPATCH: Okay.

CALLER: (Inaudible)

DISPATCH: Well hang on the line. I'm going to transfer you in right now. Okay?

CALLER: (Inaudible)

DISPATCH: Lucifer are you listening to me?

CALLER: F--- up your whole life. You aren't going to mess with my (Inaudible).

DISPATCH: Okay. Lucifer are you listening to me? You wanted the officer. I'm going to transfer you in okay?
