It's 18 percent thinner and 20 percent lighter, but those are just two of the new aspects of the iPhone 5, which was unveiled by Apple on Wednesday.
Some other new features include:
- Three microphones instead of two
- A noise-canceling earpiece for better sound
- An 8-megapixel camera
- A proprietary mapping service
