Don't worry Lynx, as the kids say, ‘we see you'. The squad put back-to-back wins together over the weekend moving their WNBA best record to 24-4 with wins over Atlanta on Friday 97-93 and 81-62 over San Antonio on Sunday.
Their winning streak is now at 11 and even though the WNBA took a month off for the Olympics, the defending champs haven't lost a game since July 7. Getting to the top is difficult, staying there is twice as hard. This team continues to top the charts in the WNBA. A never wavering respect for each other and head coach Cheryl Reeve is a big reason for the success although having the deepest and most talented roster in the league certainly doesn't hurt either.
