1 oz Diced Leeks
1 oz Diced Roasted Red Pepper
1/4 oz Minced Garlic
4 oz Medium Diced Boneless Smoked Chicken Breast (Cooked)
4 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
4 oz Ricotta Filled Tortellini
S & P to taste
Sweat leeks, roasted peppers and garlic in EVOO until tender, add chicken cook until warm add heavy cream and reduce to rich a creamy consistency. Toss cooked pasta with sauce and serve.
