The Vikings have given the boot to veteran kicker Ryan Longwell and are putting all their faith in an untested rookie, and he joined FOX 9 Sports Primetime to talk about the responsibilities he'll have in his first season with the NFL.

The Vikings drafted Blair Walsh out of the University of Georgia and, so far, the sixth-round draft choice has been doing the job, both on kickoffs and place kicking.
