2 Slices of Challah
2 ounces of fresh Mozzarella sliced
4 large Leaves of basil
1-2 slices of your favorite tomato
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Pinch kosher salt
Preheat a skillet on medium-low heat. Then start building your sandwich. Start with one slice of challah and place half the sliced mozzarella on top. Then add the sliced tomato and sprinkle with salt. Add the basil leaves on top of the tomatoes and then the rest of the mozzarella. Place the top slice of challah and you are ready to start cooking.
Add the olive oil to our pan and place the sandwich. Use and other sauté pan to weight down the grilled cheese. Flip the sandwich after one and a half minutes. Flip the sandwich and cook for another other and a half minutes.
