Phoenix Police are trying to find a violent inmate who escaped the lower Buckeye jail.
Police are looking for a man named Rocky Marquez, wanted on felony charges. He escaped the lower Buckeye jail back in May. This week police have been putting up billboards around the valley with Marquez's face on them in an attempt to find information about his whereabouts.
