Can a county parks and recreation board member earn a real estate commission selling park land to the county?
The question was raised when Forsyth commission candidate and real estate agent Cindy Jones Mills was on her county's parks board four years ago. It resurfaced during a recent campaign.
FOX 5 I-Team reporter Dale Russell found many people knew about the question, but didn't know the full answer from the county attorney.
