The political ads of little-known congressional candidate are putting people off their dinner now that graphic images of abortion are appearing on air -- but Gary Boisclair said he has no plans to serve up anything less.
The man who is running against Keith Ellison has been taking some heat for his graphic campaign ads -- but he still doesn't plan to stop.
The ads, which show graphic images of abortion, began airing this week -- and they've drawn a lot of criticism.
On Wednesday, Gary Boisclair acknowledged his critics, saying he's even received death threats; however, he said he is still focused on getting his message across.
"If you find that my television commercials are ugly, think rather of how ugly abortion is," he said. And think that you have a representative named Mr. Ellison, who is fine with the murder of the unborn."
FOX 9 is required to air Boisclair's ads in accordance with federally-mandated rules on political advertising, and the station cannot edit them in any way.
