For the 49th year in a row, Uptown hosts one of the biggest and best art fairs in the country. M.A. Rosko is live in the heart of it all. This year's commemorative artist is Dewey James and he'll be joined by some 350 others.
New this year: Kitchen Window Culinary Arts Competition.
Starts Friday at noon and runs through Sunday, 5pm.
