Cops: Montclair shooting victim targeted

Authorities say it appears a Connecticut man who was shot and killed in New Jersey was "targeted."

Police, responding to reports of shots fired at 25 William St. found Brian Schiavetti, 21, of Ridgefield, Conn., on the first-floor landing of the apartment building.

Schiavetti was pronounced dead at the scene, said the Essex County Prosectuor's Office.
