Standard serving at restaurant is 3 cups

Instead have 1 cup pasta and more meat/sauce

***Save 440 calories

 Steak

Standard serving you buy at the store: 12 oz

Instead have 6 oz cooked and add more veggies

***Save 450 calories

 Salad Dressing

Average person uses 4 tbsp salad dressing

Instead use 2 tbsp and shake around salad

***Save 160 calories

 Chicken

Standard chicken breast purchased at store is 6 oz

Instead have 4 oz (deck of cards)

 Ice Cream

Standard serving is 1 cup

Instead go for the kids size
