1.5 lbs ground beef

4.5 oz cream cheese

3 oz chopped green olives

Separate ground beef into 6 balls, they should be about 4oz each. Flatten the balls into patties, and put a side. Cut cream cheese into cubes about 1.5 oz per cube. Chop olives. Place 1 cube of cream cheese, and about an ounce worth of chopped olives, onto a beef patty. Cover with a second beef patty, and fold crease, word patties until smooth and no holes. Repeat for all Lucys. Cook on a grill until center reaches internal temp of 165 degrees
