TEMPE, Ariz. -
A Tempe father is facing charges for passing out in his car with his two kids inside.
Tempe police say 36-year-old Ramon Carrillo was found intoxicated with his two children in the car.
The keys were in the car ignition, and neither the motor nor the A/C were running.
This happened on Monday around 2 in the middle of a sweltering hot afternoon.
His two kids are 1 and 2 years old.
A handgun was also found under the 2-year-old's seat.
Carrillo is now facing charges of child abuse and aggravated DUI.
