Homeland Security seeking information on young man - KMSP-TV

The local U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office is asking for your help to identify a young boy believed to be from Minnesota or Western Wisconsin.

According to ICE's Homeland Security Investigations, the boy may need help from police, but is unable to ask for it.

The photos distributed by ICE appear to be still shots from a web video showing the boy wearing a Minnesota Twins t-shirt.
