The woman accused of running an Upper East Side brothel has been in jail since February. Anna Gristina's bail has now been reduced after an appellate court called the original bail "unreasonable."
Her new attorney, Norm Pattis, told Fox News he hopes to have her out of Rikers Island by early next week, if not sooner.
In the meantime, she is still waiting word from her lawyer that a bail or bond deal will be worked out. The bail has dropped from $2 million in bond or $1 million in cash to $250,000 bond or $125,000 cash.
Two experienced criminal prosecutors, Peter Frankel and Matthew Galluzzo, discuss the case.
