Depression-era government funded art on display in Minn.

In 1934, during the great depression, it was a pretty radical idea that he U.S. government paid artists to produce work for public buildings. A total of 54 paintings created under the Public Works of Art Project are now on display at the Minnesota History Center. M.A. Rosko tells us, quite a few of the works have Minnesota roots.
