Cleveland Indians select Rochester Century pitcher Brown - KMSP-TV

Mitch Brown, the pitcher from Rochester Century was selected in the second round of the Major League Baseball draft by the Cleveland Indians. Brown was listed as the top player in the state as the Draft neared. The right-hander's fastball hits up to 94 mph and has a breaking ball, a cut fastball and is developing a changeup.

Brown went 6-0 for the Panthers in his senior season. He threw a team high 62 strikeouts in 30 innings.
