Thanks to a land-use agreement with Xcel Energy, St. Paul has a new dog park. M.A. Rosko--and Red and Munter--show us the High Bridge Off-Leash dog park, under the Smith Ave. high bridge. The ribbon cutting was Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Tory Reynolds and his son Connor, of Eden Prairie, demonstrated their invention: The Pooch Power Shovel. It vacuums dog waste into disposable bags, and is surprisingly lightweight yet powerful. Retails for around $100, is available at www.petpowerproducts.com
