MINNEAPOLIS -
President Barack Obama is coming to Minnesota next week for a speech to tout his initiatives before Congress.
The White House confirmed Obama will speak on Friday at Honeywell International's campus in the Minneapolis suburb of Golden Valley.
Obama's so-called "to do list" includes incentives to bring jobs abroad back home, encourage small businesses to hire, increase investment in alternative energy and increase job opportunities for veterans.
No other details were released.
Obama's last visit to the state was in August, when a Midwest bus tour included a stop in Cannon Falls. He easily carried the state in the 2008 presidential election.
