Chicago's Most Wanted: FBI Adds Eric Justin Toth to Top 10
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
The FBI's top ten includes murderers, drug dealers, dangerous bank robbers and a major swindler. Now they have added a man wanted on child pornography charges, Eric Justin Toth.
FBI Special Agent Joan Hyde says Toth graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Education. Not only is he believed to have traveled around Indiana, but there is also information to suggest he spent time here in Illinois, as well as Wisconsin, Minnesota and Virginia.
He is charged with possession and production of child pornography, connected to his job.
Toth, who also uses the name David Bussone, is a former private school teacher in the Washington DC area. The charges against him stem from the discovery in 2008 of pornographic images of children on a school camera that had been in Toth's possession. He is also charged with producing child pornography in Maryland.
But for the last four years he has proven to be very elusive, which is why the FBI has added him to its Top Ten List of most wanted fugitives.
Toth has the ability to integrate himself into many different socio-economic classes. His education background makes it conducive for him to gain employment in fields connected to children. He may advertise online as a tutor or male nanny, perhaps here in the Chicago area.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information that leads directly to the arrest of Eric Justin Toth. It hopes a Fox Chicago viewer or web reader knows something about his whereabouts. Anyone who does should call the Chicago FBI or 9-1-1.
Eric Toth is 6' 3'' and thin, weighing about 155 pounds.
He's 30 years old and has used the alias of David Bussone.
He has a mole under his left eye.
He may be working as a teacher or camp counselor.
He is considered dangerous, and potentially suicidal.
If you have any information call police or the FBI.
