Children's ID theft on the increase

ATLANTA -

According to the Federal Trade Commission, child ID theft is up more than 200 percent from 2003 - 2009. Fifty-one percent are more likely to have their ID's stolen than adults. Who is stealing it? Undocumented workers and crime rings, but also the children's parents. FOX 5's I-Team investigative reporter has more.
