Breaking news: A recent study shows that a vegetarian diet may reduce blood cancers by as much as forty five percent. You don't have to be a full blown vegetarian to reap cancer-fighting benefits.

I recommend eating nine handfuls of fruits and vegetables every day.

Every week, eat 10 or more tablespoons of tomato products for lycopene, which is a carpanoid, which reduces the risk of prostate and breast cancer.
