Are you and your partner having sex 2-3 times a week? Sex on a regular basis can help you lose weight and prolong your life.

But keeping a long-term relationship exciting can often be a challenge. Here are some mood boosting tips:

Talk to your partner and know each other’s hot spots. You may be surprised but the brain is the number one erogenous zone in both men and women.

Break up the routine and constantly search for new stimuli. Try taking a bath together beforehand.

And guys think ahead. For us it only takes six minutes, but for women, foreplay starts the day before. Do something nice -- buy flowers or give her a foot massage -- to get the “cuddle hormone” -- oxytocin -- flowing.

Eat some dark chocolate to help get things started; it contains active chemicals which elicit arousal.

These are my start having more sex today, Doctor’s orders.
