El Mero Mero (The Top Dog) Cocktail - KMSP-TV

Recipe:

2 oz Herradura Anejo tequila
0.75oz Amontillado Sherry
0.25 Grade B Maple Syrup
1 Dash Chocolate Mole Bitters

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a chilled pint glass
2. Stir for five seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice for an Old Fashioned Style Cocktail
3. Garnish with an Orange Twist
