Account Executive

Play a leading role in the growth of FOX Television Stations websites and sales. Responsible for sales prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing and managing on-line revenue for the station's website.

Candidates must demonstrate credibility as an expert in selling on-line advertising. Sell opportunities on-line and other emerging technologies including, but not limited to, mobile products and desktop applications.

Position reports to the VP/General Sales Manager and will work closely with national and local sales teams as well as with Promotions, Production and News to meet sales expectations. All other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate.

Candidates should have 3-5+ years of on-line sales experience with a proven track record. Additional ad sales experience in off-line media is preferred. Also important is a working knowledge of all on-line metrics, technologies and research tools. Strong ad agency relationships and experience with direct sales and interactive agencies is a plus.

A comprehensive knowledge of the internet and on-line advertising as well as effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong time management and good organization skills required. Demonstrated presentation skills a must.
